The Challenge
A dummy ticket product is more than a website. It needs to pull real flight data, take payment, generate a verifiable reservation, and deliver it to the customer within minutes, at any hour, without me in the loop. And it had to do all that in a crowded UAE market where if you don't show up on Google, you don't exist.
What I Built

How I Approached It
I ran two channels at once. Paid got traffic in the door straight away. I managed around AED 30,000 a month in Google Ads, tuning campaigns toward the searches that actually turned into orders instead of chasing cheap clicks. That kept revenue coming while the slower play built underneath.
The slower play was organic search, and getting to number one in the UAE was not luck. It came down to three things. Relevance, so the pages matched exactly what people were searching for. Page speed, because fast pages win with both Google and real users. And backlinks, earning links from other sites so Google trusted mine. Over time organic overtook paid, which meant the same flow of orders without paying for every click.
